The 5 Step Process
Once we’ve blocked off the design window for your website build, here’s exactly what we’ll do….
1. Discovery
We will meet and get to know one another. This is the time when we talk about your vision and what you want to achieve with your website.
2. Strategize
After we are clear on your project needs, we outline the scope of your project, pricing, timing, and content requirements needed to create your Squarespace website.
3. Design
Now that we have the full scope, and content details. A high-fidelity mock-up design is created for your review. You will be allowed one round of revisions to the design so that we can get it perfect.
4. Build
Next, Its development time. We will bring the high-fidelity mockup to life on the Squarespace platform and submit it to you for review and approval.
5. Launch
Finally, once all the content is uploaded to Squarespace, and the design had been completed, we will go through our pre-launch checklist and make sure the website is in working order. Then with your final approval, we will launch your website!
FAQ’s
Can you design websites in Wix, WordPress, or Shopify?
I prefer working in Squarespace and my clients love it. However, I have experience working with those platforms as well and do it on a case by case basis.
Will you write my website content for me?
No, but I can recommend a professional copywriter to do so.

Do You offer payment plans?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. The final 50% is due before the website is launched. All of my invoicing and payment is managed online, so you have the option to pay using any major credit card.
Can you take photos for my website?
No. Its the clients responsibility to provide the content, images and media for their website. I recommnend hiring a professional photographer or purchasing some high qualitiy stock photos.
How will we communicate throughout the project?
We will communicate with email, video conference and via the client portal that I will give you access to once we start your project.
Should my content and images be ready before the project starts?
To start your project you must have your logo and branding ready. Content delivery varies based on our agreed timeline and the client. Until the final content is provided the website mockup can be used as a content template that will be filled in later.
Should I purchase a Squarespace subscription before you begin the design process?
No. I would recommend that you wait to get your subscription until I give you the go ahead because if you are new to Squarespace I can give you 20% of your first year.
How long will a custom website project take?
A custom Squarespace website can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks. However the timeeline can still change or be extended depending on any add-ons or 3rd party integrations you want to include.
